Are you kidding me!!!! I called and placed and order at 7:16 tonight and was told it would be about an hour, which is fine. *However at 8:45 still nothing so I call. No answer, I have called 13x with NO ANSWER AND NO FOOD! it is now too late to order elsewhere. I have never left a yelp review but I am tonight and every other local site. This was unbelievably unprofessional and cowardly. You seriously cant even answer my call????? it is now 9:11 pm and i have called 18 times now and NOTHING!! How you stay in business is beyond me! *IF my card is charged I will be taking this to the better business of Twin Falls and the police for theft! SHAME ON YOU!!!

I recently had the lunch buffet at your restaurant July 15th 2019... I was there at approximately 3 p.m. in the afternoon hi... I have to say that you're buffet was absolutely terrible... The only thing that was edible was to fried shrimp the rest of the meat was dry tough and is stringy is all get-out... the waitress that seated me and brought me my drinks and took my order never came back to my table to refill my sodas or ask me how anything was hey... She never even brought me my check so I could pay when I was done eating... I finally just went to the cash register and they could not even figure out who my server was... Other customers that were waiting to pay said the same thing that the service was terrible and that their waitress never even came back to the table to see if they were doing okay or to refill their drink... The poor girl at the cash register does not know what to say or do...I will not recommend your Buffet to anybody else nor will I ever go back again the next time I will go to The Wok & Grill... Or someplace else. What I don't understand is that when I order your food for delivery at my house I always get really good and delicious to why should it be any different for your buffets... I hope you read this and you managed to make a few changes

I placed an order online this evening at 5;09 PM. After an hour and 15 minutes, our food had not arrived so I called. I was told it looked like our delivery was on the way. Another 15 minutes later, it arrived. AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER. To top it off, food was barely Luke warm. Extremely poor service. We will not be ordering from you again. I also will be sure to warn my friends about your lack of service. It definitely was not worth the money I paid.

For my crew at work I was wanting to do a lunch. I was wondering if possible to get a tray of fried rice, pork chow mein, sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, and a tray of assorted appetizers. How much would this cost and is possible to do? Was thinking of doing it on Thursday about 1:00. Bonnie
